Parents are informed that occasional reports from teachers are made in the school diary an are requested to sign them.
Any absence from school, even for a single day, must be accompanied by a leave applicatio addressed to the Principal. If the absence extends beyond three days, the leave application shous be supported by the appropriate medical or official certificate. If a child has an infectious diseas parents should keep the child at home. Till he/she recovers, a Medical Certificate and Fitness Certifica must be submitted on return.
Students who are absent from school for 10 consecutive days without prior permission or noti may have their names removed from the register. Re-admission will be allowed only if there is vacancy and upon payment of the admission fee. For any leave of absence, prior permission mu be obtained from the Principal, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances, where a valid reas must be provided by the parent or guardian. However, the granting of leave is at the sole discretion of the Principal.
If a student from the senior section (IX-XII) is absent for more than three days, he/she mu meet the Principal/vice-principal/Coordinator along with his/her parents on the day of his/he return.
Long leave for occasions such as marriages, vacations, or family functions is strongly discourages Such leave will only be granted with the approval of the Principal. Leave should not be scheduled coincide with school holidays or be used to extend them.
Parents are kindly requested not to seek permission for their children to leave school durim school hours for trivial reasons. If a child is feeling unwell or unusually tired, they should be allowe to rest at home.
Change in address or telephone number of parents or guardians must be intimated to t school in writing and without delay.
Communicating with the Principal/Vice-Principal/Coordinator, parents are requested mention in their letter the Class, Section, and SR Number of their child/children.
Parents are welcome to visit the school and meet with teachers during school hours, but e after securing a prior appointment through the school diary and with the permission of ill Principal, Vice-Principal, or Coordinators. Any academic-related inquiries can be directed the Coordinators or Teachers.
The school reserves the right to suspend or take strict disciplinary action against any student whose academic performance or conduct is consistently unsatisfactory or detrimental to others Adherence to the school's rules of discipline and maintaining good behavior are essential for a student's continued enrollment. If a student violates school rules or engages in any form of misconduct, severe actions such as expulsion, suspension, or other restrictions may be imposed.
Students are strictly prohibited from bringing or bursting firecrackers at school, as well as from introducing inappropriate literature or any such materials. Disciplinary action will be taken against any student found violating this rule.
Teachers and school staff dedicate considerable time and effort to organizing annual functions, sports events, and other activities. Therefore, participation from both parents and students is mandatory. A fine of Rs. 200 will be imposed if anyone is found absent during these events.
Parents are required to contribute to the annual function fund as directed by the Principal.
The school is not responsible for any lost items, so it is advisable not to bring expensive items such as watches, fountain pens, gold or silver jewelry, friendship bands, or large amounts of money, Students are also advised not to leave these items in the classroom. Jewelry, such as chains, rings, bangles, or bracelets, is not permitted during school hours. Girls may wear a small pair of earrings or studs, and any religious symbols worn should be discreet.
Mobile phones, iPods, MP3 players, pen drives, and similar electronic devices are strictly prohibited on the school campus. Parents must ensure that their children do not bring mobile phones to school. If a student is found with such a device, it will be confiscated and not returned. In an emergency, a student may request permission from the coordinator to use the school office to contact their parents. Any electronic communication, photography, or recording device is strictly banned. The school does not encourage students to use social media platforms. Strict action will be taken if a student is found engaging in misconduct through these platforms.
Students arriving on motorcycles, scooters, etc., must submit an undertaking from their parents or guardians. The school is not responsible for theft or any other loss of vehicles parked outside the campus. "Parents/guardians are also requested to notify the school if there are any changes in address or contact details"
It is mandatory for students to attend and pass all examinations, including PTs, Unit Tests, Half-Yearly, and Annual Examinations, as well as surprise and class revision tests. Failure to do so will result in strict action being taken against the student.
As per CBSE rules, it is mandatory for students in classes 10 and 12 to pass all pre-board exams. Failure to do so will result in them being ineligible to appear for the board exams.
Parents are required to attend the PTM (Parent-Teacher Meeting). Failure to do so will result in a deduction of 5 marks from the student's next exam score.
Parents should answer calls from the school or the contact number provided by them. If there is any change in the contact number, they must update the office in writing. The school will not be responsible for any information not received if the contact details are not updated.
It is compulsory for every parent to purchase two sets of school uniforms. No alterations to the school uniform, such as narrowing the fit or changing the waist size, are allowed. If done, the uniform will need to be repurchased.
It is mandatory for students to choose one sports activity from badminton, cricket, fencing or taekwondo.
